Our Privacy Policy
At Acupuncture Associates of Long Island, P.C. we take your privacy very seriously. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy rule protects your fundamental rights to health information privacy. This Privacy Rule says who can look at and receive your health information, and also gives you specific rights over that information.
Below is a file created to download, print, and retain for your records. When you come in for treatment, you will have to sign a document indicating you have read our HIPAA policy.
Please be aware this document is a brochure. Therefore, it is best to print on both sides of the paper and retain for your records.
